Our standard package assesses every home in your portfolio, and provides a snapshot of the damp risk for each one. By utilising existing data, we are able to to this in a rapid and cost effective manner. The analysis allows homes at highest risk of damp to be targeted for proactive survey and remediation, before issues become dangerous and costly.

The enhanced package includes additional data collection and analysis on those homes at highest risk of damp. We use in-person surveys to collect data on occupants, along temperatures and internal humidity sensors, to provide insight into the causes of damp and potential remediation measures. By targetting only the homes at higher risk, we ensure these detailed measurements are only carried out where they are needed, saving our clients time and money. 

The subscription package provides updated damp risk scores and insights at periodic intervals throughout the year. Updated scores will reflect changes in the housing stock and will include any advancements in the DampSense models.
